- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We made a reservation for our unborn son at Kiddie Academy of League City West in April of this year. In November, 4 weeks before my wife was supposed to go back to work, we received a call from Kiddie Academy that they were cancelling our reservation. Their explanation was that not enough children were leaving the newborn class. Since children continue to grow, I found this excuse hard to believe. I suspect some VIP took our son's spot. Luckily we were able to find other daycare arrangements, however it is inexcusable to accept a reservation so far out just to have it cancelled.
